NJROTC INSTRUCTORS AT GEORGIA HIGH SCHOOLS MUST BE RETIRED MILITARY THAT HAVE BEEN BOARD CERTIFIED BY THE US NAVY TO TEACH NAVAL SCIENCE.  ADDITIONALLY, INSTRUCTORS MUST MAINTAIN THEIR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR BOTH THE US NAVY AND THE GEORGIA PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS COMMISISION.
