Eagles Landing NJROTC has participated in this community service opportunity for a number of years now. Not only do we help raise funds for the purchasing of gifts for children during the Christmas season, but we also help distribute these gifts at Santa's Village. Our NJROTC program believes in giving back to the community however we can and we encourage our cadets to develop a sense of support and involvement within our community. Please help us help others in this process.
Eagles Landing NJROTC cadets will be collecting for the Empty Stocking Fund on November 1st - 3rd (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) at certain Kroger locations in the McDonough and Stockbridge area. We are asking that your young adult sign up for one of the 2 hour shifts at one of these locations. Maps of each location are available via links on the left side of this webpage. There are limits of assigned cadets per shift, so please have a primary and a couple of alternate choices ready since signing up will be on a first come/first served basis starting at 6:00 pm on Saturday 26 October. As cadets start signing up, those shifts that become full will no longer be visible as a choice, so that only those shifts that are still available are the only ones left to be selected from.
